Student travel is full steam ahead in 2024, and Super Holiday Tours has brought on new staff to help make a new year of adventure happen.

All three of our newest employees have experience with Super Holiday in the past, and were excited to join our world when the opportunity arose! We asked them just a few questions so you can get to know them, but of course, if you’d like to know more, feel free to reach out.

Meet the newest SHT staff:

SHANE BROWN, OPERATIONS MANAGER

What brought you to Super Holiday?

In my previous position with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment’s Group Sales Department, I had worked with SHT to book their groups visiting SeaWorld. When the opportunity arose to join their team, it presented the chance to not just work with groups in a different capacity but a chance to join a respected business and team!

Do you have a past travel trip or moment that stands out?

A family trip to the Grand Canyon with my parents, brother and sister in the early ‘90s.  The Grand Canyon takes your breath away. Also memorable is that my mom insisted that the second part of that vacation in Los Angeles was only a 2-hour drive! Interestingly, we saw about 7 hours worth scenery on the drive to Los Angeles. That was life before Google Maps!

What’s at the top of your travel bucket list?

It’s a toss-up between the Swiss Alps and watching the Northern Lights in Finland.

When you’re not planning or taking trips, what do you enjoy doing?

Reading, trying new restaurants with my friends, watching football and spending time with my three-year-old grandson.

What are you looking forward to in 2024?

I am looking forward to my first spring travel season with SHT!!

ANDREA DONICA, SALES ASSISTANT

What brought you to Super Holiday?

I was working at SeaWorld in B2B when I heard about SHT. When my former supervisor, Shane, moved to SHT and shared how wonderful of a place it was to work, I expressed how nice it sounded – and eventually, a position opened up that she recommended me for.

Do you have a past travel trip or moment that stands out?

I have many fond traveling memories, mostly with family. I went to Sweden for Christmas one year, enjoying skiing, saunas and the best log cabin that served warm cinnamon buns and drinks. The joy and love with the fun experiences I had made it a truly memorable experience.

What’s at the top of your travel bucket list?

It’s a tie between Greece and Italy.

When you’re not planning or taking trips, what do you enjoy doing?

Theatre and theme parks.

What are you looking forward to in 2024?

More traveling and experiencing new things!

MATTHEW LEVY, ACCOUNTING MANAGER

What brought you to Super Holiday?

I was enjoying accounting but looking to find my right fit. One day while at Bryan’s office, he mentioned he knew someone looking for an accounting manager and asked if I would be interested. I remember thinking to myself that if it were Bryan himself, I would take the opportunity right away. After a week or so, Bryan told me it was actually himself looking to fill the position and thus, I came on board. Have not looked back since.

Do you have a past travel trip or moment that stands out?

As the accountant, I normally do not get the chance to travel. However, Bryan and the team always include me in any company trips and outings whenever they can. Last year we got to travel to the Atlanta Braves Home game and enjoy the night with friends that we have built relationships with through business.

What’s at the top of your travel bucket list?

I have always wanted to visit the Roman Colosseum or Japan.

When you’re not planning or taking trips, what do you enjoy doing?

Spending time with my family and playing with my kids.

What are you looking forward to in 2024?

Taking my family on different adventures and gaining new experiences both with my family and here at Super Holiday Tours.
