What do you enjoy most about working for Super Holiday Tours?
At Super Holiday Tours, I’ve enjoyed the freedom and the ability to help create memorable experiences for any and all travelers, especially the students. I’m sure at some point I have met or will meet the next Einstein or Mozart through my travels! One day, I would love to say that whatever they create or do with their lives, we had a part in shaping or adding to it!
What is your most memorable travel experience?
I once packed up my SUV with a camera and camping gear, and drove from Georgia for 35 days throughout the 26 states, all the way up to Alaska (technically I used a ferry). I encountered many beautiful sites and met amazing people along the way, but you have to make sure to get off the interstate and hit those back roads to experience something truly unique & special!
What is your dream destination? Have you already been?
My dream destination is out of this world – outer space! While some people think I may have already been there, I’m still anxiously waiting on NASA or Elon Musk to give me a call!
When traveling, what is the one thing you never leave home without?
I can never leave home without my sense of humor! When you travel, anything can happen (delays, breakdowns, miscommunications), and the only resource a person can control is themselves. Just be patient and smile!
When you’re not planning trips or taking trips, what do you enjoy doing?
Annoying my wife! But when she needs a break from me, our yard in Georgia requires a fair amount of attention & maintenance with the landscaping. I find it to be very Zen to be working outdoors.
