Norfolk NATO Festival is the longest continuously running Festival in the Hampton Roads region, and the only one of its kind in the United States which honors the NATO Alliance and its member nations.Ā The Norfolk NATO Festival’s 71st Annual Parade of Nations will step off on Saturday morning (optional), whereas the 2024 Virginia International Music Festival will take place on the Friday before.
