On Sunday, November 10, Constitution Avenue will host Veterans organizations, floats and marching bands to celebrate and honor our Nation’s Veteran Community, making it the first time our Veterans have been honored on a National level in our Nation’s Capital!
The National Veterans Parade Foundation recognizes the success of any parade depends on the marching bands to entertain the spectators and help keep the pace. Veterans Day Weekend is an excellent time of the year for your high school band to show off!
In addition to your parade experience, groups in the parade can participate in the National Veterans Day Field Show at the National Mall on Saturday, November 9—Veterans Day—creating the perfect backdrop and photo opportunity!
